Conscious + Fit: Training for Body, Mind + Life is a dynamic holistic series that redefines “exercise” and inspires participants to find the magic in self-care and wellness practices by moving in the spirit of self-love!
This 4-session program will introduce participants to:
foundations for body — develop “360° awareness” of the body through functional and dynamic movements that emphasize postural alignment, stability, and mobility. Close attention is given to releasing tension, identifying patterns of imbalance, and moving efficiently.
foundations for mind — learn to decompress, relax and cultivate mindfulness.
foundations for life — get support with integrating and sustaining self-care practices.
