practices

Ten years ago in November 2006, I taught my first two yoga classes for MSU’s Yoga Club and for a group of teens who were participating in an AmeriCorp-led project at Allen Neighborhood Center.

On the cusp of a new year, I am fully transitioning out of yoga as a fitness/movement format and expanding my work as a facilitator and advocate of community wellness, equity and social justice. I may occasionally offer movement as private instruction; however, public programming will be centered on sangha, sacred activism, and healing justice workshops.

3 Jewels Yoga continues —
as a community of refuge and resistance
for good spiritual friends!
