3 Jewels Yoga attunes its practices of movement, mindfulness and meditation to the rhythm of each season.

Likewise, practitioners are encouraged to keep their self-care practices (on and off the cushion or mat) fresh and sustainable by honoring and responding to their emerging insights, innate biological wisdom, and the call of nature.

Prerequisites for practicing with 3 Jewels Yoga: Curiosity! Commitment! Willingness to see yourself with eyes of Compassion!
