CLINICS + WORKSHOPS FOR PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
Practitioners will learn the foundations of movement, mindfulness and meditation to develop and enhance body awareness and a clear comprehension of breath, stability, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and concentration. Practitioners will also learn to make self-adjustments that accommodate their specific postural needs and support their safe transition through dynamic sequences.
Programs may range in intensity from gentle to dynamic, yet are taught with compassion and an appreciation for the diversity of body types and abilities. Relaxation and meditation techniques are incorporated to encourage self-care, self-study and well-being.
TrailBlazers is a dynamic embodied meditation that integrates the foundations of mindfulness with functional movements to tap into the restorative and meditative aspects of walking/running to condition body, mind, and spirit!
